EASY AS MICROSOFT WORD TO USE
If you know how to use Microsoft Word, you will feel right at home with Lumino Publish. Using the tool bar, you can easily make text bold, italic, change fonts, insert links, add photos, add documents as links, ...
You can even write the entire text in WORD, then copy and paste it right into thae editor in Lumino Publish. It doesn't get any easier than that!
UPDATE, ADD OR REMOVE CONTENT FROM PAGE
Content on the website is easy to maintain. With just a few clicks, you can choose to add a new article to the page, edit the current article, or change the order of articles on the page.
Below is a screenshot of the "SEO Blog" web page. The page lists several articles. In this screenshot you see two of the Blog articles. The first is "Google's Panda..." and the second is "Google changes...". The screenshot is taken after logging in as an administrator. Notice the small "edit" icons, (
new article,
edit article,
remove article from menu) to the left of the article headings. There are also "arrow" icons which enable you to move the article up or down. For example, the "Google's Panda..." article could be moved down and no longer be the top article. Normally the articles are sorted by date published.
MAINTAIN MORE THAN ONE WEBSITE
Lumino Publish will let you maintain several websites from one. In addition to y
our main website, you may wish to have an additional website for employees
only (this is called an intranet), and another website for customers to use (this is called an extranet). Lumino's multiple website capability makes it a powerful business tool that is also easy to configure and maintain.
VARY DESIGN TEMPLATES WITHIN ONE WEBSITE
Your website can have one or more templates. In fact, every page could have its own template in Lumino Publish. (We don't recommend too many as one key element of design is consistency.) We can create a set of templates that have been designed for your website to create a consistent - and out of the ordinary - look and feel that is right for your company.
VARY THE LOOK OF YOUR PAGES WITH CHOICE OF LAYOUTS
Choose between
list view or
grid view for articles. You can even have the main article to the left and a list of articles to the right. With Lumino Publish you are not limited to one layout. Through our easy-to-use editing options, you may choose a layout that suits the particular topic of the page. For example, you may want a
list view for your news page, but
grid view for your employee contact page.
CREATE A FORUM OR BLOG
Use the
forum feature in Lumino Publish to interact with your customers, employees, or readers. It's all done with a simple click. For example, you may want to set up a suggestion box for your employees. All you do is create an article called
Suggestions and click "enable comments" in the "Advanced" tab - an easy and powerful feature for interacting with users!
SOCIAL MEDIA, RSS FEED, SHARING
Choose to have social media and sharing enabled for the entire site, or select this feature on a "per page" basis.

RSS-enable selected content to further interact with other websites, users, and so on. (
RSS is a news feed of any content from your site you'd like others to share.)
EXPAND YOUR CUSTOMER BASE WITH BILINGUAL CONTENT
With Lumino Publish you can easily publish content in different languages to generate multilingual websites. You may choose to translate the entire website or just a few pages.
PUBLISH ARTICLES TO SEVERAL WEB PAGES
All content may be published as many times as you like - on one, or many, menus. For example, an article may be published in the news section, on the front page, and in the customer section of your website.
SCHEDULE CONTENT PUBLISHING
Schedule articles to be published on a certain date in the future. This allows you to create content in advance. Content may also be automatically removed from the website at a pre-set date.
